Cauliflower chopped to the size of rice grains makes the base of Aplenty Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry. Carrots, peas, spring onion and two colors of bell pepper are mixed in. The sauce is light, built on sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. A little mushroom extract and white pepper round it out, and xanthan gum thickens it.
